Vishal Anand, MD of Bricks & Mortar Global Realty

Vishal Anand, MD of Bricks & Mortar Global Realty says that the good thing is that now all the developers get a good number of enquiries from women and almost half of whom are unmarried.

Till date, I am happy with the dealings of the staff of the organization. They are very cordial, considerate and offer in time cooperation. In fact, the staff (Mr Gurubachan) has personally collected my bank drafts and submitted to the Prateek Builders. He has also shown me the Prateek Fedora sample flat (at Sector 62, Noida). I assume good staffs  like Mr Gurubachan and Mrs Deepika are a strength to the concerned agency. Hope that Brick Mortar will serve in the same spirit till the end of the project, not only to me but all others in the same manner.

Best wishes.

I came to know about Bricks and Mortar through Mr. Gurbachan during my interaction with him regarding Prateek Wisteria Project. Finally I ended up with buying a 3BHK unit in Prateek Wisteria. So that proves that he is a good salesman and has enough convincing capabilities.Overall I am satisfied with Mr. Gurbachan as well as Bricks and Mortar as a company.
